This version of the memory bear includes the original shirt/clothing item only. Special items can be added, such as a bow around the neck or ear, a bow-tie, or flower/bow on ear. Other options available upon request.

**Please note - this bear requires at least a Men's Large shirt. For shirts smaller than a large, a second shirt should be sent - otherwise sections will contain pieced sections. If this is for a baby/toddler/children's garment, please send 3 or 4 items.

Memory Animals
The memory animals consists of an items of your animals, whether it be a blanket, pillowcase, etc.. Special items can be added, such as their collar, name tag, a bow around the neck, a bow-tie, a flower/bow on ear. Other options available upon request.
